Join our Bear Management Intern for a fun and informative evening filled with campfire songs, skits and a wonderful program all about the California Black Bears who visit our parks. Learn about their habits, habitat and what you can do to become Bear Aware! Program lasts one hour. Bring a blanket and marshmallows to roast over the campfire!

The Sierra State Parks Foundation is presenting a very special evening at Vikingsholm where guests will be able to drive down into Emerald Bay and be treated to a special tour of Vikigsholm. After the tour, enjoy specially selected wines and hors d’oeuvres while engaging in a conversation with Helen Smith, who spent the first 14 years of her life as a guest of the original owner of Vikingsholm.
